M² Invest is an internationally owned real estate development company based in Lithuania. The company was founded out of recognition that interesting opportunities for real estate development existed in the new EU member states, in cases where security and transparency could be demonstrated.

The concept was to establish an extremely professional, experienced and well respected real estate team based in Lithuania. This would then be combined with an overseas link that facilitated a structured approach to satisfying the demand from foreign investors to commit equity investment into the new and exciting economies of the Baltics.

M² Invest focuses mainly on residential real estate investment and development opportunities, primarily on medium size and large projects. M² Invest has a clear strategy of developing high quality projects in exclusive locations. This policy is based on M² Invest’s key strengths as an active project developer focused on project sourcing, financial solutions, creation of architectural concepts, obtaining planning permission and project management during the lifetime of the project.

M² Invest has the utmost faith in its selection of projects and has a company policy of co-investing in all its projects and having a strong managerial role as project developer.

M² Invest’s strategy is to provide opportunities for investment funds and private investors to invest in real estate development projects, where returns on equity are offered which are more attractive than those usually available in similar projects in Western Europe.
